P4P is looking for a Service Delivery Manager in the Zaventem region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Tasks

  • Structural design of the IT operations (Re-design, Reform).
  • Own IT Service design, IT Service assurance, IT Service delivery management (Quality, Cost), and Service vendor management for several IT service providers.
  • Continuous improvement (Kaizen) of the services.
  • Understand and visualize the existing IT operational structures and tasks.
  • Act with a critical view on processes, process hardening, cost efficiency.
  • Together with internal members, develop proposals for the next generation IT operational structures and present to the customer.
  • Evaluate project risks, identify, and execute risk mitigation actions.
  • Lead all activities related to the new IT operational structure (New Organization creation, New operational service creation, hand over from customer side etc.).
  • Plan and supervise the execution of quality reviews.
  • Act as a point of contact, manage priorities and workload, set objectives, and evaluate.

Secondary Tasks

  • Responsible for organizing several steering and project review meetings as needed.

YOUR PROFILE:
  • University degree in IT, Organization, or economics with a strong IT orientation. Alternatively similar skills acquired through professional experience.
  • IT professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in Computer Science
